This guided meditation is a soft, all-purpose reset for your mind, body, and heart. For nine minutes, I will walk you through simple breath, body awareness, and kind reflection, so you do not have to hold or manage anything on your own.
You are invited to let my voice be a quiet companion as you slow down, notice how you are really doing, and offer yourself a bit more tenderness.
